EraseBunny respects the rights of photographers and other creators. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Our users may only upload photos they own or have permission to edit. Because uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours, most content is removed automatically, but we still take every report seriously and act on accounts that misuse the Service.
Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our Service without authorization, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed
- Information identifying the infringing material or activity, such as the account email or the date and time of use, if known
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice that includes your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address.
Repeat infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
