We want you to be happy with your results. If something isn't right, here's how refunds work.
Try before you buy
New accounts get 1 free credit where available, valid for 7 days, so you can check the results on your own photo before you buy. You can also try our sample photos without signing in. You can preview free results, and where available download your first one at standard resolution (1,024 pixels on the long edge). Full-resolution downloads come with a plan or credit pack.
Each photo uses credits when it's processed: 1 credit with Remove 4.0 or 3 credits with Remove 5.0. A video (up to 60 seconds) uses 1 credit per second, rounded up; a 5-second preview uses 1 credit, which counts toward the full video.
Not happy with a result
If you have a plan or credit pack and a result isn't usable, you can return its credits from the result screen before you download it, up to 3 times per calendar month.
Failed photos
If a photo fails to process, or the result clearly didn't remove the watermark, contact us and we'll return the credits. Credits for photos and videos that fail with an error are returned automatically.
Refunds on first purchases
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase if you've used:
- 5 credits or fewer of a Plus or Pro plan, or
- 1 credit or fewer of a credit pack.
Email support@erasebunny.com with the email address on your account. Purchases made before October 27, 2026 follow the 5-credit limit for both plans and credit packs.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel your Plus or Pro plan anytime from your account. Canceling stops future renewals.
- If you started a free trial, cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. If you're charged when a trial ends, that charge counts as your first purchase for the 7-day refund above, and credits you used during the trial don't count toward the 5-credit limit.
- After you cancel, you keep your plan benefits and remaining credits until the end of the billing period you've paid for. On a yearly plan, that includes the monthly credits for the rest of your paid year.
- Except for the 7-day first-purchase refund above, we don't offer partial refunds for unused time or credits.
Credit packs
Credit pack credits purchased on or after October 27, 2026 don't expire. Credits from packs purchased from October 15 to October 26, 2026 are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase; unused credits expire after that. Photo Packs purchased before October 15, 2026 don't expire. Credit pack purchases are eligible for the 7-day first-purchase refund above. When a purchase is refunded, any unused credits from that purchase are removed.
How refunds are processed
Our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, processes all refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
