If you've paid for digital files, ask them to enable watermark-free downloads for your gallery, and include your order details so they can find the right gallery quickly.
My ShootProof gallery has no download button. What can I do?
Your photographer may have turned downloads off, or your package may not include digital files. Contact them first and ask what your order includes. If you've paid for digital files but can't reach them, keep your receipt and follow up in writing; once you have a file you're allowed to edit, you can upload it here.
