Welcome to EraseBunny. EraseBunny is operated by Ma Jie, an individual operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and watermark removal service at erasebunny.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
EraseBunny is an online tool that uses AI to remove watermarks, logos, and overlay text from images and short videos that you upload. We offer a free tier and paid plans as described on our Pricing page.
Third-party AI providers. Watermark removal is performed through third-party AI image-processing services. When you upload a photo or video, it is sent to one of these providers only to produce your result.
2. Your rights to the photos and videos you upload
This section matters most, so please read it carefully.
- You may only upload photos that you own or have explicit permission to edit. Examples include digital photos you bought that still arrived with a watermark (where your purchase lets you use them), photos you took yourself, and photos whose photographer has given you permission.
- A purchase alone may not give you the right to edit or copy a photo. For example, buying prints may not include a digital file. Check your order terms or ask the photographer if you're not sure.
- You may not use the Service to remove watermarks from photos you haven't paid for or don't have the rights to use, including proofs in a photographer's gallery that you have not purchased.
- Watermarks often identify the copyright owner. Removing them without authorization may violate copyright law, including 17 U.S.C. § 1202. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights.
- The same applies to videos: upload only videos you created or have permission to edit, such as your own short videos saved from a social app. Don't upload other creators' videos to remove their watermark or username.
- By uploading a photo or video, you confirm that you have these rights.
3. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
- Upload illegal content, including any content that sexualizes minors
- Use the Service to sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of photos you don't own
- Use bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to abuse free credits or overload the Service
- Reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the Service
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Repeat infringers
We respond to copyright complaints under our DMCA Policy. We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
5. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 (or have a parent's or guardian's permission) to buy a paid plan. You sign in with Google, and you're responsible for activity on your account.
6. Credits, subscriptions, and payment
- You need to sign in to process your own photos and videos. New accounts may receive free promotional credits where available, as shown when you sign in. Promotional credits are limited to one set per person, are valid for 7 days from the day they're issued, have no cash value, and expire after that period.
- Credits are used when a photo or video is processed. A photo uses 1 credit with Remove 4.0 or 3 credits with Remove 5.0. Downloading the same photo again is free. A video of up to 60 seconds uses 1 credit per second, rounded up. A preview of the first 5 seconds of a video uses 1 credit and can't be downloaded; if you then process the full video, that credit counts toward its cost. You may upload only videos you created or have permission to edit.
- Without a plan or credit pack, you can preview results. Where available, a photo you processed with promotional credits can also be downloaded at standard resolution (1,024 pixels on the long edge). Full-resolution downloads are available while you have an active plan or unused credit pack credits, and for any photo or video you processed with purchased credits.
- If processing fails, the credits are returned automatically. If you have a plan or credit pack and a result isn't usable, you can return its credits before downloading, up to 3 times per calendar month.
- Plus and Pro plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly, that renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and you'll keep your plan benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- Free trials. Where offered, a plan may start with a free trial (currently 3 days, for eligible new customers in the United States and Canada, one trial per person). You'll add a payment method when the trial starts. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts automatically and you'll be charged the price shown when you started the trial, after which it renews as described above. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your account and you won't be charged. During the trial you get the plan's benefits plus a small number of trial credits, which expire when the trial ends; the plan's regular monthly credits start once the paid plan begins.
- Plans include a set number of credits each month, on yearly plans too. Each month's credits are valid for 31 days from the date they are issued. Unused credits expire at the end of that period; they do not roll over and are not refunded or replaced. Credit pack credits purchased on or after October 27, 2026 do not expire. Credit pack credits purchased from October 15 to October 26, 2026 are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and are not refunded or replaced after they expire. Photo Pack credits purchased before October 15, 2026 do not expire.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Waffo Pancake (operated by Waffo.com Limited), which is the merchant of record for all orders and handles payment processing, sales tax, and billing inquiries. Payment card data is processed only by Waffo Pancake and is never stored on our servers.
- Prices for new purchases may change. If they do, your current subscription keeps the price and monthly credits you signed up with for as long as it stays active; new prices apply only if you switch plans or subscribe again after canceling.

7. Your content and our use of it
You keep all rights to the photos and videos you upload. You give us and our AI providers a limited license to store and process them only to provide the Service. Uploaded files and results are deleted from our servers automatically within 24 hours, and we never use them to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Results and disclaimers
AI results vary. Some watermarks, especially heavy or opaque ones, may leave visible traces. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EraseBunny will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold EraseBunny harmless from claims arising from photos you upload or your violation of these Terms, including copyright claims from photographers or other rights holders.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. This doesn't take away any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live. Before starting any formal dispute, please email us at support@erasebunny.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
