Credits are how you pay for processing. One photo uses 1 credit with Remove 4.0 or 3 credits with Remove 5.0, and a video uses 1 credit per second. Downloading the same photo again is free. If processing fails, your credits come back automatically. With a plan or credit pack, you can also return the credits for a result you don't like before you download it, up to 3 times a month.

Remove 4.0 handles most watermarks and uses 1 credit per photo. Remove 5.0 is our model for tough watermarks and uses 3 credits per photo. Both models work with every plan and credit pack, so you can pick the one that fits each photo.

Where available, new accounts get a free credit to clean one photo and preview the result, so you can check the quality before you pay. Downloads come with any plan or credit pack, always in full resolution, including for a photo you already cleaned in the last 24 hours.

Plans give you credits every month at the lowest price per credit, and yearly billing costs half as much per month as monthly billing. Credit packs are a one-time payment for when you only need a few photos, and their credits never expire. Both include full-size downloads and both models. Plans also come with priority processing: when the tool is busy, plan members' photos and videos go to the front of the line.

Videos of up to 60 seconds use 1 credit per second, rounded up, so a 20-second clip uses 20 credits. If you don't have enough credits for the whole video, we clean the first 5 seconds as a preview for 1 credit, and that credit counts toward the full video. Failed videos are refunded automatically.

No. Plan credits are added every month, on yearly plans too, and each month's credits are valid for 31 days. Unused credits expire and don't carry over to the next month. Credit pack credits never expire, so they're a good fit if you only clean up a few photos a year, like school pictures or a sports season.

Yes. Cancel from your account in a couple of clicks. You'll keep your plan benefits and remaining credits until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. You'll find the cancel option under Manage subscription on your Account page, which opens our payment partner's secure customer portal.

Eligible new customers in the US and Canada can try Plus free for 3 days, with full-resolution downloads and a few trial credits. You'll add a payment method to start. Cancel from your account before the trial ends and you won't be charged; otherwise your plan starts automatically at the price shown when you started the trial. We'll email you before the trial ends.

If we change our prices, your current plan keeps the price and monthly credits you signed up with for as long as you stay subscribed. New prices only apply if you switch plans or subscribe again after canceling. Credit packs you've already bought keep their credits.

If something goes wrong, contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We refund first-time purchases where you've used 5 credits or fewer of a plan, or 1 credit or fewer of a credit pack, and we automatically return credits for any photo that fails to process. See our Refund Policy for details.

Payments are handled by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. Waffo Pancake processes your card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay securely and handles sales tax. We never see or store your full card details. Your receipts and subscription emails come from Waffo Pancake, so keep an eye out for their messages after you check out.

No. Plans give you credits to clean photos you own or have permission to edit, such as digital files you bought that still show a watermark. Please buy photos from your photographer if you haven't already, since that's the right first step and how they get paid. See our Terms of Service.
